Is there a lock-in contract?
No. All memberships are month-to-month. Cancel any time by WhatsApping us before your next renewal.
Can I try a class before signing up?
Yes โ we offer a trial class. WhatsApp us to arrange.
Do unused sessions roll over?
Sessions are valid within the calendar month. They do not roll over, so train consistently!
What do I need to bring?
Wear comfortable workout clothes. Bring boxing gloves and hand wraps if you have them โ loaner gloves are available. Bring water and a towel.
