Program Structure

The program structure will be differ based on individual needs and goals. Generally, we emphasize on strength training with weights such as dumb bells and kettle bells. These are great tools to help build strength in specific areas without compensating muscles strength in the targeted area.

The program will typically be a 12 week program with 3 sessions / week. This ensures that you are consistently training and it also allows us to be able to work with you on a consistent basis to help achieve your goals.
