Program Structure

As you progress through each session, we want you to learn something new and valuable while having a great workout. Hence, we came up with a structure that challenges both your fitness levels, as well as learning new skills. We conduct each session specifically to a set of modules. Similarly, with school, we start off we the basics in our first module. Upon "graduation", we move on to another module that enhance your learning while ensuring the training session fun and highly intense.
