Programs

We provide a range of programs through Private Training , Group Classes & Corporate Classes

A high intensity workout packed with power punches and kicks that keeps your heart rate elevated. Our sessions are structured to develop and increase your stamina, and helps with weight loss and muscle toning. On top of that, you will be able to be equipped with self-defence techniques.

Focus on weightlifting to burn fats, increase muscle mass and muscle toning, and weight loss. The sessions focus on unilateral movements that challenges your core for stability and balance.

A combination of Muay Thai and Strength & Conditioning program that improves your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. The program is structured to help you develop holistically and towards your goals.
